College St. Bridge – Photos!

College Street Bridge: The final section of bridge deck is scheduled for placement in November. Construction of the traffic circle will begin the week of November 9th, with a detour to be in place until the bridge is open.

the bents are pretty, bu the overeall project still looks like the Great Wall and absolutely ruins the east end of the park.
