  • We currently have structural steel erected on most of the facility. The remaining natatorium steel is being erected this week and will continue through next week.
  • The masons are installing CMU block for interior and exterior walls at the workout area, main hallways and locker rooms. CMU installation will continue on the new gym late next week and around the natatorium steel after it is erected.
  • Sidewalks, curb and gutter are being formed and poured over the next several weeks. This includes the parking lot next to the football stadium. When the structural steel has been removed from the parking lot area, a second course of base will be placed and then the paving of the lot will take place sometime in early June.
  • The exterior pool shell will be poured early the week of May 19. Plastering for the interior and exterior pools will take the week of June 2.
  • We expect to have the building dried-in by mid-June after which visual progress will be more difficult to observe.
  • Construction completion for the 47,000 square foot addition, including the pools is scheduled for late November. Renovation of the existing 18,000 square foot building is scheduled for completion in late February 2009.
